Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the engine that drives major technological transformation, contributing to countries’ economic growth and sowing the seeds for companies to disrupt different sectors. In the context of COVID-19, where social distancing measures impide physical contact among people, the digitization wave continues its
acceleration particularly for the adoption of AI that automates operations and empowers customer service when distance needs to be kept.
